Currently, Ukrainian society is demonstrating a high level of responsibility and compassion towards those in need. In May 2022, the second large-scale transfer of humanitarian aid to the population of Ukraine took place in the Chernihiv region, organized by the Blue Bird Charity Foundation.

The list of donated items included not only household items such as diapers, baby food, hygiene products, clothing for children and adults, underwear, and food, but also chainsaws, jackhammers, fire extinguishers, bags, as well as medicines and antiseptics.

Border guards and representatives of the State Emergency Service of Chernihiv region received chainsaws and jackhammers. As an employee of the State Emergency Service noted, – “fire extinguishers are critical for us right now. At any moment, a fire can break out and we will have to extinguish it instantly”.

Another part of the humanitarian cargo was given to the most vulnerable layer of the affected population of Chernihiv city and Chernihiv region, who were under occupation – mothers with children and the elderly people.

We are convinced that our help will help alleviate the situation for the affected citizens and restore their faith in a better future. The Blue Bird will continue to promote the restoration of peace and development in our country.
