From 2014 till 2020 Ganna has held high positions in the field of public administration, including the posts of Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine – Chief of Staff, Head of the State Registration Service of Ukraine, Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

While working at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Ganna supervised the work of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine for some time, participated in its reform, and was responsible for purchasing material and technical means and medicines for convicts and defendants in pre-trial detention. Actively cooperated with the Office of the Government Commissioner for the European Court of Human Rights in informing convicts about the possibility of applying to the ECHR in the case of violation of the Convention on Human Rights by the state of Ukraine.

Ganna Buiadzhy is the co-author of a number of draft laws and other regulatory legal acts, as well as the author of a number of articles on civil and international private law and the monographs “Fiduciary relationships with a foreign element” (2012) and “Trust: history, present, prospects” (2018), “Bank guarantees” (2014).

In addition, Ganna is the author of children’s fairy tales, in particular: “Little Muk”, “New Year’s adventures of Morozenko”, “Mykytas Borovychok”, “Secret Order of the Great Stingray”. Ganna regularly organizes charity events aimed at donating books to orphans, low-income families and libraries.
