In May 2022, two large shipments from Salzburg, Austria, arrived in Chernihiv by InterCity train. The shipments contained diapers, baby food, hygiene products, clothing for children and adults, sleeping bags, bedding, food, medicine, and toys. As before, the main recipients were mothers with children and elderly people.

Quoting a local resident and mother of little Lisa S., – “this aid makes it easier to rebuild the lives of the affected population. For me, getting diapers and baby food for a few months is a huge luxury because the nearest store is a few kilometers away. You don’t have to run around…”.
