In June 2022, the Chernihiv community received three new shipments from Salzburg, Austria, which were sent by our permanent charitable partners, “Rotary Club Kyiv-Sofia,” “Caritas-Sokal,” and the Ukrainian Center in Salzburg. The shipment included diapers, baby food, hygiene products, clothing for children and adults, sleeping bags, bedding, food, medicine, and toys.

Blue bird is pleased to be able to support the affected population of Chernihiv and the Chernihiv region, especially when we hear warm words of gratitude for our joint work. For example, seventy-three-year-old Petro K. noted: “In such a difficult time for us, it is especially important to feel support and know that they remember us. It really helps us survive all these horrors. Thank you from all of us!”

The mother of wonderful children, Olga N., also emphasizes that – “at the moment, we are living on charitable aid. As scary as it may sound, this is currently all we can rely on, so it is important for us that you continue to be by our side.”
