On October 27, the Ukrainian Institute of Future (UIF) hosted the expert discussion on a systematic and effective approach to the process of mass vaccination of the population of Ukraine.

During the discussion, the ex-Deputy Minister of Public Health, expert in the field of medical law Natalia Lisnevska, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Charitable Foundation “Blue Bird”, urged not to confuse obligatory vaccination with compulsory vaccination and not to make such attempts at legal manipulation.

“The cases of manipulating the Constitution on the issue of vaccination exist not only in Ukraine. Therefore, I would like to emphasize that the obligatory vaccination introduced by the state is absolutely legal. This is provided for by a number of legal acts, in particular the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights, which imposes an obligation on the state to take care of the biosecurity of persons under its jurisdiction. And obligatory vaccination should not be confused with compulsory vaccination,” – Ms. Natalia stressed.
