The purpose of the Memorandum is to mutually assist in creating conditions to improve the quality of life of socially vulnerable groups of population, increase public interest in this issue, development of existing practices in society to help socially vulnerable groups, development and implementation of new technologies and practices of such help.
To achieve this goal, the Parties set themselves the following objectives.
- Providing charitable assistance to people in need of social protection.
- Providing legal aid, as well as protection of human and civil rights and fundamental freedoms, including the right to health.
- Organization and holding of educational lectures, trainings, conferences, workshops, consultations, courses with the participation of leading specialists, experts from Ukraine and the world.
- Organization of measures necessary to provide citizens with medicines and professional medical care.
- Development and implementation of procedures and recommendations that will promote more effective and equal access of citizens to health care, psychological support and technologies that improve the quality of life.
